The name of this recipe might make you think it’s from Mongolia – a country in East Asia, but no, it’s not a Mongolian recipe. I have THE BEST Low Carb and Keto Fluffy Waffles Recipe for you!!!  OH MY GOSH!  This turned out amazing!  I have been trying and trying to get big fluffy waffles and it finally happened!
