I don’t know about you, but I adore a good Chinese Fakeaway. Since starting our slimming journey long gone are the days of wanting a rather calorific Chinese, when you can make dishes like this Hoi Sin Chicken! Ready in the time that it would take for our local takeaway to deliver.You’ve probably looked at the ingredients, and thinking how the hell does that make Hoi Sin sauce. I was equally as surprised! We’ve been testing out some recipes, and trying new ingredients such as the miso paste. This isn’t how you’d make a traditional Hoi Sin sauce, you’d usually add honey and sesame oil. Both of which are high in calories. This isn’t Hoi Sin sauce in the sense that you might be familiar. It’s not sticky and thick.
